Very nice question. You always ask for money rather than count what you can do. There are a lot of educated people in Europe or Asia that can do a lot and in time for much less money than many egyptions can earn in Egypt for doing 'nothing'.

What kind of car? Does car have air conditioner and does it work?

Btw, "man Friday" is a loyal male servant or assistant (it comes from Daniel Defoe's novel Robinson Crusoe).
