Hello Ruslano,
There are no problems with wifi Internet coverage in Egypt at present time because Etisalat and Vodafone mobile network providers support 3G Broadband services. All of them are accessible from any Hotel in Egypt. You can use 3G internet during a travel tour to Cairo to visit pyramids or maybe even in desert if you can get mobile network signal. Quality of internet is good. But actually you should remember that nothing works perfect in Egypt.
How much it costs: about $30 for a 3G modem and then $30 per month. You can also buy prepaid plan. You must have a passport for registration (but sometimes it is not required). Activation takes about an hour or maybe less.
I recommend you Etisalat - they are more friendly and clever specialists. Vodafone is good in service and targeted to business customers. Their offices are located close to each other. Look at google maps in their listings at iRedSea.com:

If you are going to visit Hurghada I can recommend Sun Rise hotels. As I know they are all pretty good in service.
A list of Sun Rise hotel with contact details you can find at Red Sea Directory of iRedSea website:
